Why did an item show up in my shopping cart in a different color from the one that I ordered?

We don’t have pictures of every item we make in every color. You will receive the item in the color that you ordered even though your shopping cart shows a picture our generic color swatch.

I see that all items are hand crafted in your studio, how long does it take for you to make my order?

Your order typically takes about 1 week to make in our studio in North Carolina. Your order will then ship via USPS – Priority Mail insured. This typically takes anywhere from 1 – 3 days (although longer times have been reported due to COVID-19).

I need my order the next day, can you guarantee that it will get here in time?

It is unlikely that we can get an order out next day. You are welcome to email us through our contact form to see if it is possible.

I have a question. Whom can I contact?
What additional charges might I have to pay for international orders?

You will be responsible for paying any duties and additional taxes levied by your country. To find out these fees, check with your local post office.

What is your return policy?

Because we are a small artist studio and all our items are “made to order” and created just for you when you place your order with us, we only accept returns for items that arrive to you damaged or defective in anyway.

If any item arrives damaged or defective or is not the item you ordered, you may return the item within 10 days of your invoice date and receive a full refund less shipping costs. If you would like to return items for any other reason then listed above, the items are subject to a 20% return fee.

If you are unsure about ordering multiple pieces we recommend placing a small test order to evaluate the quality and color of the jewelry. If you are satisfied you may then reorder additional pieces and we will be able to get your order to you in a short period of time.

What if an item breaks or needs repair?

Comb teeth are not covered under this warranty. If an item breaks or needs to be repaired, we may be able to repair it for you at a small fee if the item is not too old. please email our studio for instructions and costs for repairs.
