Why did an item show up in my shopping cart in a different color from the one that I ordered? We don't have pictures of every item we make in every color. You will receive the item in the color that you ordered even though your shopping cart shows a picture of an item in a different color. I see that all items are hand crafted in your studio, how long does it take for you to make my order? Your order only takes 1-3 business days to make in our studio in North Carolina. Your order will then ship according to the way that you choose in your shopping cart. For fastest delivery time we recommend Express Mail. I need my order the next day, can you guarantee that it will get here in time? The best way to guarantee that your order will arrive the next day is to call our office at 1-800-794-2973 and place your order over the phone. We will let you know if we can make your order that day and ship it out Express Mail.

You will be responsible for paying any duties and additional taxes levied by your country. To find out these fees, check with your local post office. You may return all purchases under $100.00 within 10 days of your invoice date for a full refund less shipping costs. Any returned orders over $100.00, and all wholesale orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you are unsure about ordering multiple pieces we recommend placing a small test order to evaluate the quality and color of the jewelry. If you are satisfied you can reorder additional pieces and we will be able to get your order to you in a short period of time. What if an item breaks or needs repair? We offer a 30 day warranty against any defects on all of our items. Please note that this does not include any breakage due to misuse, overuse, or normal wear and tear. Comb teeth are not covered under this warranty. If an item breaks or needs to be repaired, we may be able to repair it for you at a small fee if the item is not too old. please email our studio for instructions and costs for repairs.
